When you are booking Business Coaching or Online Course for BusinessMate’s Services (Managed by ONE Joomsphere Pte Ltd), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking a Business Coaching or Online Course
In order to book a business coaching service or online course you must provide the required information and pay the amount specified. You must ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate.
A legal agreement shall only come into existence once:
1.1. BusinessMate has accepted your offer to book a business coaching service or online course by sending you a confirmation email which will provide you with the information on the booked services; and
1.2. BusinessMate has received a full payment for the booked services.
1.3. You must check the details on the booking confirmation email when you receive it. If there are any errors please contact us immediately at hello@businessmate.sg
1.4. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion and without the need to give a reason, to refuse to accept an offer to book one or more services. In such circumstances, we will return any payment accompanying your booking.
1.5. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the advertised course fee for our business coaching service or online course and/or to amend any of the information contained in the Services description. We also reserve the right to withdraw at any time business coaching service or online course advertised for sale on the Website and/or in any Brochure.
2. Booking Fee of Business Coaching or Online Course
Payment of the booking fee must be received in full before the start date of the business coaching service or online course. You can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or PayNow. We will email you the information of the business coaching service or online course when full payment has been made; however, if you choose to pay by bank, your access will not be granted until your transfer has cleared. Any funds received on your behalf in excess of the full booking fee will be returned to you. 3. Refund Policy
Requests for refunds of booking fees must be received no later than five business days before the start of business coaching session or online course. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Registration fees are non-transferable.
To make a request for a refund, submit a written request to hello@businessmate.sg. We’ll notify you via e-mail of the status of your refund once we’ve received and processed your request. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for booking within 7 to 14 business days.
4. Online Course Cancellation
BusinessMate reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events beyond BusinessMate’s control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, decisions will be made at least three days before the scheduled course date and registrants will be notified via email. BusinessMate will make every effort will be made to avoid cancellations. In case of a cancellation, you will have the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.
5. Substitution Of Trainer for Online Course
BusinessMate reserves the right to substitute course trainer in the unlikely event that the trainers listed cannot conduct the program. Substitution of course trainer is not a cause for refund.
BusinessMate trainers agree to present materials and contents that are educationally sound for the learning event and will provide timely feedback on a participant’s progress.
6. Copyright and Proprietary Property
We will provide to you learning material, which are copyrighted proprietary property of BusinessMate. You might also receive additional materials that are the copyrighted proprietary property of third parties. All copyrights relating to any course materials provided or made available by us or any other party remain the sole property of the holder of the copyright. Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent.
7. Data Protection
You consent to the use by BusinessMate of information received by you for future marketing correspondence. In the event that you do not wish to receive marketing correspondence from BusinessMate, a written request or email should be sent to hello@businessmate.sg
8. Warranty
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE FOR THE USE OR RESULTS OF THE COURSE AND MATERIALS, THAT YOU WILL SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE COURSE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE WILL BE ATTAINED BY YOU. BUSINESSMATE DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. Limitation of Liability.
BusinessMate has no liability to you whatsoever. This “Limitation of Liability” section applies regardless of the basis on which you are entitled to claim damages from us, including but not limited to, breach of contract (even in the case of a fundamental breach) and tort (including, but not limited to, misrepresentation). This limitation of liability also applies to our subcontractors.
